AES Gas-Phase-Filtration (Chemical Filters) consists of 100% adsorbent material in the form of an extruded monolithic block, comprising numerous small, parallel cells. The grid cells are designed to create turbulent airflow through the filter, allowing contaminated air to penetrate cell walls.
The multitude of cells effectively captures gaseous contaminants from the air, which are then removed through the chemisorption process. Our filter adsorbents are impregnated with various formulations to eliminate corrosive and odorous contaminants that can cause electronic corrosion and health hazards. Thanks to the abundance of parallel cells, air flows freely without hindrance, resulting in minimal pressure drop.
Our chemical filters are designed to target gas contamination, removing pollutants such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), toluene gas, and particulates.

Our units can be easily installed in air conditioning and heating system ducts, addressing the root of most sick building issues. When your HVAC system is in operation, the Light Commercial unit initiates an Advanced NANO Oxidation Process, producing hydro-peroxides, superoxide ions, and safe low-level ozone—oxidizers that are environmentally friendly. Polarized Media Electronic Air Cleaner

A filter with an efficiency equivalent to MERV 13 with a low-pressure drop. These filters meet the requirement of high efficiency with low-pressure drop due to their Fiber filter media along with polarized charged with electrically charged ions.
Polarized Media Electronic Air Cleaner installs directly into the 1” filter rack(s) in the existing heating and cooling system AHU. Its electronically enhanced media combines
elements of both electronic and media air cleaners. Particles are electrically charged (polarized) and then collected in the high-efficiency media.

It is a non-ionizing, polarized media air cleaner A high DC
voltage (7.2 KVdc) is applied to the fabric-based media pad. This creates an electrostatic field between itself. This field charges the fibres of the media pad and the particles get stuck to both the media and to each other while passing through.
